4. Privacy and Security

You agree to the collection, disclosure, and management of your personal information in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.

The Tangible Love website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is an industry standard for Internet payments. This means all of your personal and card details are protected using 128-bit encryption when your details are transmitted over the Internet. This makes it difficult for anyone else to discover and use your details. On secure pages you will see a padlock in the lower right or upper right area of your browser window to indicate that SSL is enabled. If you can’t see the padlock, or have other concerns, please contact us.

5. Site Access

We do not warrant that your access to the Service will be uninterrupted.

We take care to ensure that our website is free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse and/or malware. However we are not responsible for any damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of our website or any linked website.

You agree that we have no responsibility for the deletion of, or the failure to store or to transmit, any content and other communications maintained by the website. We retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time with or without notice.

You may only use the Service if you are doing so from within Australia.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage suffered by you through use or access to the Service or this website, or your failure to provide either.

Our liability for negligence, breach of contract or contravention of any law as a result of our failure to provide these services or any part of them, or for any problems with them, which cannot be lawfully excluded, is limited, at our option and to the maximum extent permitted by law, to resupplying these services or any part of them to you, or to paying for the resupply of these services or any part of them to you.
